Terms and Conditions
Delivery:
Carriage is extra and current charges are shown on our website. Please contact
us for shipment outside of Mainland UK and the Highlands and Islands. Despatch
will usually be made within 2 working days of receipt of cleared payment.
Returns Policy:
Hycrack Log Splitters are manufactured in the UK and each one is inspected
before despatch. In the unlikely event that you have a problem, please notify us
within 5 days of receipt and we will endeavour to help. This does not affect
your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy Policy: What information do we collect and how will we use it?
When you place an order with us we collect certain information which is required
to allow us to process your transaction. This includes your personal details,
order details and details of your address(es). We will use this information to
process your transaction and despatch your order. We will keep your information
for as long as is reasonably necessary for these purposes. Your email address
will not be made available elsewhere.
Payment:
Hycrack does not currently offer 'on line' purchasing. If you do not pay by
cheque, you may pay by credit card. Please telephone us during our normal office
hours of 09.00 – 17.00 weekdays. For these transactions we use PayPal to
securely protect your payment details. All details you supply are encrypted
before they are sent over the internet. After purchase no credit card details
are archived by us. You can purchase from us using most credit and debit cards
or with your PayPal account. 'Click' the PayPal logo above for more details. You
do not need to have a PayPal account to pay using your credit card.
